ESG's main products cover industrial-grade valves, sanitary valves, and related measurement and control instruments. Its various mainstream valve series, including angle seat valves, shuttle valves, diaphragm valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, steam traps, and diaphragm plug valves, are widely praised by customers. The company continuously advances production construction, upgrades its foundry, and builds the HCPS intelligent manufacturing base. It boasts advanced precision casting, machining, and assembly production lines, independently develops casting molds, and is equipped with automated shell-making production lines, various robotic arms, machining centers, CNC lathes, and automated equipment for welding, ultrasonic cleaning, and assembly. To strictly control quality, the company has introduced imported German spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines, surface roughness testers, hardness testers, and various advanced equipment for testing fatigue, pressure, and sealing performance. It has established seven laboratories covering fatigue, performance, operating conditions, flow rate, materials, metrology, and mechanics, adhering to full-process testing and quality control for valves. The company has successively passed ISO quality, environmental, energy, and safety certifications, as well as international authoritative certifications such as FDA, TS, CE, UKCA, CU-TR, and ATEX.

ESG continuously increases its R&D investment, improves product performance, and promotes domestic substitution for imports. Through high-level synergy between R&D and business, it provides innovative products to end customers. As of the first half of 2025, it had obtained over 139 patents, including over 17 invention patents. The company was recognized as a "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D Center in Shandong Province. Its angle seat valve was listed in the 2022 Shandong Province's list of first-of-its-kind technical equipment and key core components.
