At the celebration, ESG launched its new nuclear power high-pressure solenoid valve, with R&D Director Shen Jing providing a detailed explanation of the product's development goals and technological breakthroughs. Addressing core pain points in the nuclear power industry, such as reliability under high-pressure conditions and strong environmental adaptability, this product overcomes several key technologies, including electromagnetic pilot control and high-pressure sealing. It also boasts characteristics such as shock resistance, high-temperature and high-pressure radiation resistance, achieving a significant leap in power consumption compared to foreign brands and a substantial increase in flow capacity. Precisely matching the core needs of the nuclear industry, it truly achieves domestic self-sufficiency and control, injecting elite power into the development of the national nuclear power industry.
R&D Director Zhao Bo shared insights on systematic solutions, outlining Jingrui's strategic transformation from a "single product supplier" to a "systematic solutions provider." Leveraging its strong R&D and innovation capabilities, Jingrui has built a comprehensive product matrix in the fields of new energy, rubber and plastics, and pharmaceuticals, creating core products such as membrane valves, needle valves, axial flow injection valves, and steam vulcanization thermal valve assemblies. These products provide customized, integrated solutions for processes such as lithium battery electrolyte filling and rubber and plastics steam vulcanization. In the new energy field, the lifespan of its membrane valves has been increased by more than 50 times, successfully achieving "domestic substitution" and addressing industry pain points through technological innovation.
