ESG's Z10 series shut-off valves have recently been officially launched.
This product can be widely used in various high-temperature and high-pressure pipeline systems in industries such as rubber and plastics. Long-lasting sealing under high-temperature conditions
Traditional valves are prone to problems such as carbonization of sealing materials and leakage under high-temperature conditions. The Z10 series shut-off valve uses a valve core sealing gasket made of PTFE and carbon fiber composite material. Through the carbon fiber reinforced structure, it ensures that it will not deform during long-term use at high temperatures of 210℃, avoiding downtime for maintenance due to sealing failure.
Excellent pressure resistance and air source compatibility
Addressing the issue of fluctuating air source pressure in industrial scenarios, the Z10 series shut-off valve is designed with a 0.4 kg air source drive system. Through a brand-new spring design, it can still open and close stably under a medium pressure of 30 kg, adapting to complex working conditions.
Customized flanges of different standards
Flange welding strength can be upgraded; flanges of different standards can be customized according to customer site requirements.
