On June 26th, Qingdao Jingrui Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Jimo No.1 Vocational Secondary School successfully held a signing ceremony for their school-enterprise cooperation agreement and unveiling ceremony for their training base and CNC customized training class. Qiao Guanghui, Party Secretary of Jimo No.1 Vocational Secondary School, Zhang Wenli, General Manager of Qingdao Jingrui Machinery, and other leaders, teachers, and employee representatives from both the school and the company attended the event.
Prior to the event, the elite team visited the school's training workshops to conduct on-site inspections of the CNC professional teaching facilities and gain a direct understanding of the school's skilled talent training model.
During the discussion, Secretary Qiao Guanghui warmly welcomed the company's visit. He praised Elite Group for its strong development momentum and comprehensive employee benefits. He expressed his hope that through the cooperation platform, students could gain practical experience in the company, broaden their employment and development paths, and achieve a win-win situation for both students' growth and the company's talent acquisition.
General Manager Zhang Wenli shared the company's development blueprint, noting that the company's business covers multiple high-end sectors such as nuclear power, new energy, pharmaceuticals, and rubber and plastics, with a continuously expanding industrial scale and an urgent need for a large number of CNC skilled personnel. She stated that vocational school students possess outstanding practical skills and a high degree of job suitability, and expressed hope that through customized training programs, young students can acquire knowledge and skills and grow together with the company.
At the event, representatives from both parties officially signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement and jointly unveiled the plaques for the "Jimo Vocational School CNC Professional Training Base" and the "Qingdao Jingrui Machinery CNC Professional Order Class." Moving forward, the school and enterprise will implement various cooperative initiatives, including practical training, internships, and targeted recruitment, to streamline talent cultivation and delivery channels, and jointly nurture skilled manufacturing professionals for the new era.
Founded in 1975, Qingdao Jimo No.1 Vocational Secondary School is one of the first batch of national key vocational schools and a national demonstration school for the reform and development of secondary vocational education. It serves as a core training base for skilled personnel in Jimo District. The school offers five core professional clusters, including intelligent manufacturing and electronic information technology, and has four modern training bases for CNC technology, electrical engineering, and electronics. With a strong faculty and advanced training equipment, the school has established cooperative relationships with more than 30 large and medium-sized enterprises, including FAW and Hisense, making it an important platform for cultivating high-quality skilled personnel in the region.
