New Product Launch | ESG Isobaric Filling Valve: Unlocking New Heights in Aseptic Filling
2026/07/27

For aseptic filling lines in the food, beverage, and dairy industries, hygiene and safety, filling accuracy, operational efficiency, and maintenance costs remain key challenges. Recently, ESG officially launched its isobaric filling valve, specifically designed for aseptic filling processes. With several innovative designs, it directly addresses industry pain points, providing a reliable domestic solution for high-end clean filling.

Basic Parameters

• Nominal Diameter: DN15

• Nominal Pressure: PN16

• Working Pressure: 0.6MPa

• Working Temperature: -20℃ ~ +150℃

• Applicable Media: Water, Beverages, Dairy Products

① Bellows-sealed for complete isolation, eliminating cross-contamination at the source

Adopting an integrated bellows dynamic sealing structure, the valve core reciprocates entirely through the axial expansion and contraction of the bellows, completely physically isolating the filling medium from the actuator. There is no diaphragm wear debris or packing leakage, and the aseptic protection capability represents a generational improvement over traditional diaphragm valves.

② Zero dead angles throughout the entire flow channel, online CIP/SIP without disassembly

The entire flow chamber features smooth transitions with large rounded corners, eliminating blind holes and stagnant areas, fully meeting zero-residue hygiene design requirements. Cleaning fluid and sterilizing steam can be evenly covered throughout the entire flow channel, supporting in-situ online cleaning and high-temperature sterilization without valve disassembly, effectively reducing downtime and improving production line uptime.

③ Dual-stage flow control, achieving both efficiency and accuracy

The valve core integrates a dual-stage flow curve. At the initial stage of filling, a large flow channel enables high-speed filling, reducing the production cycle time per bottle. At the end of filling, it automatically switches to a low-flow, low-speed finish, suppressing splashing and dripping, ensuring filling accuracy is controlled within ±0.5%. This single valve integrates dual functions, eliminating the need for additional bypass lines and reducing system leakage points.

④ Ultra-long service life, reducing total lifespan costs by 30%

The bellows adopts a fatigue-resistant structural design, with a cycle life of ≥5 million cycles, which is 2-3 times that of ordinary diaphragm valves; the springs are designed with a 10 million-cycle fatigue life redundancy, resulting in minimal elasticity decay over long-term operation. This significantly reduces the frequency of spare parts replacement and downtime for maintenance, lowering the total lifespan maintenance cost by more than 30% compared to traditional solutions.

⑤ End-to-end FDA Certification, Easier Compliance Verification

All flow components are FDA food-grade certified, and materials, surface treatments, and welding processes fully comply with food and beverage industry hygiene standards. Complete material traceability documentation, performance test reports, and verification templates are provided, significantly shortening the IQ/OQ/PQ verification cycle for production line implementation.

ESG has always focused on tackling core technologies in fluid control, continuously providing high-quality domestic valve solutions for the food and beverage industry, and adhering to its brand mission of "making good valves for the world".
