On May 5, 2025, ESG Elite Machinery held a grand awards ceremony for its 3rd Brotherhood Games at the company. Thirty-four participants received their awards under the solemn national flag. General Manager Zhang Wenli attended the event, delivered a speech, and served as an award presenter.

At the Brotherhood Alliance Games held on April 30th, ESG Elite Machinery, along with its sister organizations including the Love Foundation, Dongfang Huacai, Shandong Muyifang, and Songben Machinery, competed fiercely in 9 events across 7 categories. Ultimately, ESG Elite Machinery won 6 championships, 1 runner-up, and 1 third-place finish, and also took home the overall team championship.
In his speech, General Manager Zhang highly praised the event, saying, "We achieved excellent results in this sports meet. Our team spirit was high, and everyone gave their all. This is a microcosm of the positive energy and fighting spirit of our elite team. At the event, General Manager Zhang and everyone reviewed the highlights of the sports meet. Athlete representatives also shared their experiences, with some mentioning that "the tug-of-war taught us to trust our teammates more," others remarking that "teamwork is more important than individual speed in relay races," and many more expressing gratitude for the company platform and their determination to achieve new breakthroughs through collaboration with their teammates. General Manager Zhang pointed out: "The significance of the sports meet goes far beyond the competition itself. Ms. Zhang specially arranged for the competition prize money and personally distributed it to each athlete.
