For over 20 years, ESG has been actively supporting the development of families, family education, and family traditions. The company has established a corporate "Hongshan Home," regularly hosting traditional culture lectures and seminars on Chinese classics. These events not only allow employees and their families to participate but also encourage participation from residents in the surrounding area. The company also invites renowned traditional culture lecturers to conduct parent-child courses on traditional culture, providing answers to employees' parenting questions and guiding their families to emphasize the use of traditional culture to strengthen family education and cultivate positive family values.

ESG has incorporated "Building a Century-Old Happy Enterprise" into its corporate vision, striving to help every employee create a positive family atmosphere and build happy families. The company has established a mutual aid fund to support and assist employees and their family members in coping with unexpected events such as serious illnesses and natural disasters.

Meanwhile, the company provides a monthly filial piety allowance to the parents of employees who have been with the company for more than three years and offers condolences to employees in financial difficulty. Gifts are given to children on Children's Day, and filial piety awards are given to the elderly during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Social responsibility extends the value of education
Throughout its development, ESG has not only advocated for family education within the company but has also extended this philosophy to various social practices. The company partnered with over 200 entrepreneurs in Qingdao to establish the Qingdao Hand-in-Hand Dream Fulfillment Charity Service Center. This center provides charitable assistance to orphans, de facto orphans, children left without support, and children from single-parent families with no earning capacity or income, aged 1-14 throughout Qingdao, through psychological counseling, family education guidance, and companionship. Currently, the center has 1,634 volunteers, teams assisting 968 orphaned and impoverished children, and has donated funds and goods totaling 5 million yuan. It has also organized 45 large-scale inspirational camps and over 300 smaller companionship and care activities.

Receiving the "Parents' School" designation signifies greater responsibility and mission for ESG. We will continue to deepen the development of "Parents' Schools," explore more innovative models and new paths for family education, and continue to be dream builders for happy families!
