On May 28th, under bright sunshine, colorful flags fluttered and the playground of Huaqiao Primary School in Jimo District was bustling with activity. Leaders from government departments, including Gao Liqiang, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Tongji New Economic Zone in Jimo District, and Wu Keye, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of the Jimo District Education and Sports Bureau, along with representatives of teachers and students from Huaqiao Primary School and principals from several surrounding schools, participated in the event.
Zhang Wenli, General Manager of Qingdao Jingrui Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Honorary President of the Love Foundation, and Xia Xia, Vice President and Secretary-General, were invited to attend the ceremony at the school as representatives of the Love Foundation and donors. The football field, embodying love and hope, was officially opened thanks to the generous donation of over 360,000 yuan from three philanthropists: Zhang Wenli, Xia Xia, and Yu Haijiang. Ultimately, their great love helped realize the children's dreams. From securing funding in mid-April to the successful bidding process and subsequent completion of construction during the May Day holiday, the project successfully passed the joint acceptance inspection by the Jimo Tongji New District Education Commission, Huaqiao Primary School, the Love Foundation, and the construction team on May 8th, and was put into trial operation. Satisfactory results during the trial period led to its official opening today. In such a short time, it witnessed a relay of love racing against time.
